About Our American Red Cross Certification Courses in Nashville, Tennessee.

Basic Life Support (BLS) - First Time and Renewals

The Basic Life Support course is the standard for healthcare providers, covering CPR techniques using both one and two rescuers for adults, pediatrics, and infants. Both the First Time and Renewal course covers the same material, so no matter whether this is your first time receiving CPR training or you’re due for a refresher, you’ll learn all the up-to-date techniques from the Red Cross.

The time it takes to certify may be more or less than this time depending on competency. Throughout the course process, you’ll be allowed to practice the essential techniques, ask questions, and feel confident in your life-saving skills. On-site, the use of mandatory videos, skill instruction and practice, and testing will be conducted.
